These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and cbk44 ("cbk44", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the cbk44 website located at https://cbk44.app and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon. By accessing cbk44, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

cbk44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via the email address registered to their account and/or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of cbk44 following notification of any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. These Terms are written in English. English is the sole governing language of this agreement. Any translations provided for convenience do not carry legal weight. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.

Where age or identity cannot be verified to cbk44's satisfaction, the relevant account will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings generated during the period of unverified status may be withheld pending the outcome of the verification process.

Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible, and all winnings generated by the underage account will be forfeited. cbk44 does not knowingly market to or solicit accounts from individuals under the age of 18.

Each individual player is permitted to register and operate a single cbk44 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal information, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cbk44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice, forfeit any outstanding balances, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. cbk44 accepts no liability for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or account access issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

cbk44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit any or all of the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed, when your cumulative account activity exceeds certain thresholds, or at any time cbk44 deems appropriate:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used (bKash account screenshot, Nagad account confirmation, bank statement header)

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 14 calendar days from the date of the request — will result in withdrawal processing being suspended. Prolonged non-compliance may result in account closure. cbk44 handles all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cbk44 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. cbk44 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, available from your account security settings. cbk44 will never contact you by phone, email, or messaging service to request your password or full payment card details. Any such communication purporting to be from cbk44 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@cbk44.app immediately.

cbk44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and promotional amounts are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to player funds by cbk44.

Deposit Terms

Card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your balance depending on your financial institution. cbk44 does not charge any deposit processing fee. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are separate and the responsibility of the depositing player.

cbk44 reserves the right to request verification of the deposit method before releasing funds to wagering, particularly for large-value deposits or where fraud risk indicators are present. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once wagering has commenced against those funds.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification status. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Visa, Mastercard: 1–3 business days

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Systematic or professional bonus exploitation is prohibited.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be staked before a bonus balance — and any winnings derived from it — becomes withdrawable. Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not activated within the stated activation window will be removed from the player's account automatically. Bonus balances not wagered to completion within the stated usage period will similarly be forfeited without notification.

cbk44 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, reverse any bonus-derived winnings, and close an account if there is evidence that a player has abused the bonus system, exploited a technical error, or engaged in wagering patterns designed to circumvent the intent of the bonus terms. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at cbk44's sole discretion and are final.

Technical Malfunctions

Bets placed during a verified malfunction may be voided at cbk44's discretion and stakes returned to the player's balance. cbk44 is not liable for losses caused by a player's own connectivity issues, device failures, or interruption of internet service.

By using cbk44, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cbk44 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or in response to KYC requests.
• Creating or operating more than one cbk44 account.
• Using a cbk44 account on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a manner not sanctioned by cbk44.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or miscalculated odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are non-withdrawable and will be reversed.

• Using cbk44 in connection with any illegal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at cbk44 staff, support agents, or other players via any channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise tamper with cbk44's platform software, security systems, or APIs.

cbk44 employs automated fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and behavioural analysis systems that operate continuously across all accounts. Unusual activity is flagged for manual review. cbk44 cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement and financial intelligence bodies in Bangladesh in relation to any suspected criminal activity involving platform accounts.

cbk44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where cbk44 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below).
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to cbk44.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their cbk44 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the cbk44 support team at support@cbk44.app. Before closure is finalised, any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate cbk44's self-exclusion feature directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen period. Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. Prior to classifying an account as dormant, cbk44 will send a notification to the registered email address. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month applied against any remaining real-money balance, subject to the balance not being reduced below zero. Players with dormant accounts may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and cbk44, players are encouraged to contact the cbk44 support team in the first instance at support@cbk44.app. cbk44 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. cbk44's decisions on matters of account management, bonus eligibility, game outcome disputes, and rule interpretation are final and binding, subject to any right of appeal expressly provided in these Terms.
